水中養生 木造 一戸建て
つくばみらい市 Hさま邸
水中養生期間に入りました。
水中養生とはコンクリートの表面を乾かさずに硬化期間を経過させるとともに表面温度を一定に保つために行うもので現在コンクリートの長期耐久性を確保する最善の方法です。
目には見えないものですし面倒なのでほとんどの工務店では行ってはおりませんがやるかやらないかで確実に差が出ます。
まあ、手間はかかるけど、お金は水道料金だけなので弊社ではやってます。
